The ingredients needed to make Barbecue Ribs:
  1. Make ready 5 packs (500 g) pork ribs
  2. Get 2 bunches spring onions (roughly chopped)
  3. Take 6 teaspoons demerara sugar
  4. Prepare 6 teaspoons dark soy sauce
  5. Make ready 6 tablespoons clear honey
  6. Make ready 6 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  7. Get 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  8. Prepare 1 teaspoon chilli powder (more if you like hot food)
Instructions to make Barbecue Ribs:
  1. Add the spring onions, soy sauce, demerara sugar, honey, mustard, allspice and chilli powder into a large bowl (big enough to fit your ribs with a bit of room). Make sure you bowl isn't metal.
  2. Blitz the ingredients together untill they become a sauce and then carefully add just over half to your ribs.
  3. Cook them in the barbecue untill a temperature probe says the middle is 65°C.
  4. Once cooked remove the ribs from the barbecue and cover in the remaining sauce on your plate.
  5. Enjoy 👍
