The ingredients needed to make Murmura dosa:
  1. Get 1 cup Rice
  2. Get 1 cup Murmura
  3. Get 4 tbs Urdh dhal
  4. Take Fenugreek little

  1. Soak rice, urdh dhal, fenugreek 4 hours, then grind, add water little by little until smooth batter.
  2. Now add murmura and grind for 5 more min
  3. Add salt, cover and keep overnight to ferment.
  4. Next day you can make dosa with little oil (Do not spread the batter thin)
  5. Enjoy crispy murmura dosa with coconut chutney or tomato chutney
