The ingredients needed to make Ghee Dosa:
  1. Make ready 1.5 cup urad dhal
  2. Make ready 5 cup rice
  3. Take 1/4 tsp methi seeds
  4. Get 2 tsp ghee

  1. Soak rice and urad dhal with methi seeds for 5 hours.
  2. Grind well, add salt and allow to ferment for 8 hours.
  3. Pour the batter on the pan.
  4. Add ghee to the sides and top of the dosa.
