  1. Soak the Sabudana for 5 hours in plain water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, once the seed pops our add urad dhal and cashew nuts. Then add Finely chopped green chilli, ginger, asafoetida and curry leaves, give it a stir.
  3. Now mix everything in normal idly batter with soaked sago. Add salt to taste.
  4. Grease the oil in idly plate and pour the batter and steam the idly for 10 to 12 mins in medium Low flame. Our delicious easy and tasty sabudana idly is ready to served with coconut chutney.
