The ingredients needed to make Chilli Paneer:
  1. Prepare 500 gms paneer cubes, fried
  2. Get 10 green chillies, finely chopped (adjust according to taste)
  3. Get 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  4. Take 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  5. Take 2 tbsps soy sauce
  6. Make ready 1/2 green pepper, sliced or cubed
  7. Take 1/2 red pepper, sliced or cubed

  10. Take Chopped greens of spring onion for garnish
  11. Take 2 tbsps oil
Steps to make Chilli Paneer:
  1. In a wok, heat the oil on medium heat and add onions, fry them lightly, then add green chillies and cook for 2minutes. Then add the peppers.
  2. Add the tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce and salt. Add a few drops of water if it's too thick and mix well.
  3. Add the paneer to it and cook for a few more minutes ensuring that the paneer has been evenly coated.
  4. Transfer in a serving dish and sprinkle greens of spring onion onto it. It's ready to serve.
