  1. Take a pan add soaked dal, soaked soya bean chunks, remove water and add salt, red chilli, green chilli fennel seeds coriander seeds, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, clove, cinnamon stick, bay leaf and add some water. Then cook the potato well, and dry water and let it cool and remove black cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaf and grind well and add grind garam masala, lemon coriander leaves, onion, chat masala and besan mix well and make fine kababs and keep in freeze 1 hour.
  2. Take a pan add oil and fry well kababs it in heated oil and ready to serve with salad and mint chutney.
