Make ready Beef or chicken
Get Palmoil
Make ready Okro
Get Onions
Get Stockfish
Make ready Dry fish

Take Okpeghi (native Maggi)
Prepare leaf Pumpkin
Get Ice fish
Prepare Maggi

Instructions to make Okro Soup:
Place the beef and stock fish in a clean pot, add water, Maggi and salt.. place on the stove and cook till soft and tender.
Place a dry pot on the stove, add Palm oil, when hot, add the diced okro and onions and stir fry for about 10-15mins.
After stir fried, add the beef and the stock to the okro, and allow to boil on medium heat for about 5minutes.
When boil, add the grounded crayfish, pepper and native Maggi(okpeghi). Add the dry fish, Maggi and salt to taste..
When it begins to boil, add the diced vegetable (pumpkin leaf), and ice fish. Allow to cook for sometime,, you don't need to overcook it.
Now your okro soup is ready, you can serve hot with either Pounded yam or any food of your choice.
