  2. In a pressure cooker heat 1 tsp of butter and saute pumpkin and carrots till slightly brown. Add tomatoes and little water. Pressure cook to 2 whistles. Cool and blend in a blender.
  3. Transfer the paste to a saucepan and add 3 cups of water. Add salt and pepper and cook for few minutes.
  4. Add burnt garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve garnished with coriander and lemon juice. Goes well with toasted bread.
