The ingredients needed to make Vegetable soup:
  1. Take 50 g pumpkin leafs
  2. Make ready 50 g water leafs
  3. Take 500 g chicken
  4. Prepare 5 pieces kpomo diced
  5. Make ready 150 ml palm oil
  6. Take 2 tbsp crayfish
  7. Prepare 4 maggi
  8. Take 1 Onion
  9. Make ready 50 g Tomatoes/pepper sauce
  10. Take 2 tsp Spice

Instructions to make Vegetable soup:
  1. Wash chicken, add seasoning and spice, diced onions, salt and cook until soft.
  2. Wash all vegetables and slice, then keep aside.
  3. Heat up oil and fry tomatoes, stir to avoid being burnt. Add meat and stock, add diced kpomo,dawadawa,Maggi and allow to cook. When the mixture is thickened add water leafs, stir and allow to cook on low heat for 3minutes, add pumpkin leafs and salt to taste, cook for a minute and put off heat.
  4. Serve with swallow of choice or white rice.
