    1. Add water into the grinded egusi and keep aside. 2. Pour the red oil inside the pot. 3. Allow the oil to heat. 4. Add onions, pour the soaked egusi and allow to fry. 5. Close lid for few minutes.
    1. Add the steamed fish, water. 7. Add all the sea foods (fresh crayfish, water snail, isam, ngolo, ofingo). 8. Add pepper, salt, cubes to taste. 9. Allow to boil for some minutes. 10. Reduce heat and add the pumpkin leaf. 11. Serve with any swallow of your choice.
